Hidden words are waiting in a grid of letters, and you have to hunt them all down! Word Search gives you a fresh puzzle every time: pick a theme and a size, find every word in the list and beat the clock. Words hide in rows, columns and diagonals, and on the hardest level even backwards.

How to play Word Search

Drag across the letters from the first letter of a word to its last, or tap the first letter and then the last one. With a keyboard, use the arrow keys to move, Space or Enter to mark the start and then the end, and Esc to cancel. A found word is highlighted and crossed off the list. Choose a theme (animals, food, nature, things, places or a mix) and a level. Easy is an 8×8 grid with words running right and down. Medium is 10×10 and adds diagonals. Hard is 12×12 and words can run in any direction, even backwards. Stuck? The light-bulb button (or H) marks the first letter of a word, but it costs points. Find every word as quickly as you can for a higher score, then start a new puzzle. The words and letters follow your site language. Ready to hunt? 🔎
