Spider Solitaire

Spider is the patience game for players who like a real challenge. Two decks lie on the table in ten columns, and your goal is to build full runs from king down to ace in a single suit: each finished run leaves the table. Clear all eight runs to win. Start with one suit, then move up to two or four suits for a much tougher game.

How to play Spider Solitaire

Move cards by dragging them, or tap a card and it jumps to the best place it fits. A card can go on any card that is one rank higher, whatever its suit (a 6 on a 7), but only cards of the same suit in order move together as a run. An empty column takes any card or run. When you run out of moves, click the stock pile in the top left to deal one new card onto every column. You can only deal when no column is empty, so fill the gaps first. As soon as you build a full run from king down to ace in one suit, it is removed from the table. Remove all eight runs to win. Choose 1 suit for a relaxed game, 2 suits for a challenge or 4 suits for the full classic. Use Undo (U) to take back a move, Hint (H) when you are stuck, D to deal, N for a new game and M to mute.
